Neurons

We are interested in the interneurons that project axons to different segments of the spinal cord. One of the ways we identify these neurons is by retrograde labels (Red: Rohdamine Dextran; Green: FITC-Dextran). This labeling technique allows simulataneous gene expression analysis (Blue).
